PROCERAM Dental Digital Lab ("PROCERAM," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information we receive in the course of operating our website at www.ProceramDentalLab.com (the "Site") and providing dental laboratory services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and from dental professionals, dental practices, and authorized agents ("Clients") who engage our services. Personally identifiable health information of patients is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") and is described in Section 4 below.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM SITE VISITORS
When you visit or interact with the Site, we may collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly. This may include your name, dental practice or business name, professional license information when relevant, mailing address, email address, phone number, account credentials, and any messages or attachments you send through contact forms or by email.
Information collected automatically. When you access the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, including IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of visits. - Processing case submissions and producing dental Products

- Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service

4. PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION (HIPAA)
In the course of providing dental laboratory services, PROCERAM may receive Protected Health Information ("PHI") about patients of our Clients. This may include patient names or case identifiers, intraoral scans, photographs, dental records, and clinical notes submitted with a case prescription.
PROCERAM treats PHI in accordance with HIPAA and any applicable state law. PHI is used solely to perform the dental laboratory services requested by the Client, to communicate with the Client about the case, and as otherwise required or permitted by law. PROCERAM enters into Business Associate Agreements ("BAAs") with Clients where required and maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PHI.
PROCERAM does not sell PHI and does not use PHI for marketing purposes.
If you are a patient and have questions about how your PHI was used or disclosed, please contact your dentist or dental practice (the "Covered Entity"), who is your primary point of contact under HIPAA.
5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only as described below:
Service providers. We may share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, IT support, payment processing, shipping, customer service tools, marketing platforms, and analytics. These providers are required to use the information only for the services they provide to us and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
Business transactions. If PROCERAM is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to detect or address security, fraud, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PROCERAM, our Clients, or others.

Retention periods for case files, models, and related data are determined by clinical, legal, and operational requirements and may vary by data type.
